Tina transitioned from investments into I.R. in 2008, building the in-house I.R. function for NuVasive (now Globus Medical). In 2014, she launched her consulting practice.

As a consultant, Tina served for eight years as Head of I.R. for Alphatec Spine, where she supported a new executive team in creating confidence with Wall Street and building the in-house I.R. function. During that time, she also worked on an ad-hoc basis with more than 40 executive teams to develop fundraising decks, execute investor events and craft investor-ready content.
